Here at C.H.A.S.E. Fitness we focus on the fundamentals of children’s fitness such as core strength that will improve athletic performance and posture which can effect a child’s self-esteem. We incorporate a variety of the 6 primal movements in sessions which are Push, Pull, Squat, Lunge, Bend and Twist, we also will update you on their progress after weekly sessions.
Playing sports can be fun but if you don’t have core strength, stamina and full body strength children won’t be playing sports to the best of their ability and will see a decline in performance as they get older. We aim to lower the risk of obesity in children by offering nutritional advice to parents and carers and deliver a variety of different exercises that can cater to their child’s needs which will help them emotionally and physically.
Here at C.H.A.S.E. Fitness we specialise in and deliver specific training sessions for children starting in year 2 up to year 6 in primary schools and beyond, we aim to lower costs to the NHS and schools all around the country.
(Key Stage 1)
Our objective is to make sure pupils get help developing fundamental skills, we will teach children from 5 years old how to master basic movements such as catching, running, jumping, developing balance, co-ordination and agility. The program we have at C.H.A.S.E. Fitness introduces children to functional exercise and the 6 primal movements Push, Pull, Squat, Lunge, Twist and Bend and gets them doing everyday movements in the right way within a fun filled session.
(Key Stage 2)
Pupils should develop a broader range of skills learning how to use them in different ways, we introduce team games so they can enjoy communicating with each other. Children are taught how to jump and catch at the same time as well as running and throwing in combination, here at C.H.A.S.E. Fitness we develop children’s flexibility, strength, technique, control and balance that will help them compete in various sports at the highest level. We get children to take part in team challenges competing against each other and individual challenges that will help build boost their confidence.
